  Great holidays with the lads and we will remember it well on cold winter evenings.

  To be honest, I have never met anyone as kind and helpful as Melita. I really appreciate her help due to my medical accident. Melita drove me to the Zadar city center by her own car and helped me to buy sensor which measures my glucose level. Apart from that, the villa has everything to have a great holiday. The house is spacious with really good equipment and working air conditioning. There is a swimming pool, barbecue, comfortable sofa outside so we had a really good time.

  For future guests, I highly recommend renting a car to easily explore the beauty of Croatian nature.

  Polecam!

  W domku było wszystko, wystarczająco miejsca dla 9 osób. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry, dbała o nasz komfort, szybko odpowiadała. W dniu wyjazdu mogłyśmy zostać dłużej, by bardzo wysoka temperatura nie była dla nas problemem. W willi było czysto, była klimatyzacja, milutkie ręczniki, wszystkie potrzebne przybory do gotowania.

  The villa has potential, but the equipment, amenities, and guest experience could be significantly improved.

  * Large and spacious villa, suitable for bigger groups. * Air conditioning works very well throughout the property. * Located in a quiet area outside Zadar, with convenient access to the airport. * The owner responded to messages quickly and was generally available when needed. * Nice outdoor area with a pool and barbecue space.

  Our stay was disappointing overall. The villa itself is spacious and advertised for up to 10 guests, but unfortunately several aspects did not meet our expectations. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a property of this size. There were barely enough plates, glasses, and cutlery for our group of 9 people. The frying pan was in very poor condition and difficult to use for cooking. We were also provided with only 3 dishwasher tablets for a 4-day stay, even though with a large group the dishwasher needed to be run multiple times a day to keep dishes clean. The towels were heavily worn and had an unpleasant smell. Upon arrival, not all towels were ready for our group. Not all bedrooms have enough storage space for clothes and personal belongings. One sun lounger was broken, and the outdoor lighting around the pool and barbecue area was insufficient in the evenings. Another issue was the large number of ants on the terrace. They were everywhere, constantly crawling on our legs, chairs, and table. It was impossible to leave any food or drinks unattended, even for a short time, as the ants would immediately appear. This made it difficult to comfortably enjoy meals and spend time outside. The biggest issue was the atmosphere. We chose a villa for 10 people because we wanted to spend time together as a group. We were not having parties, playing loud music, or causing disturbances. However, it seemed that every conversation or laugh outside was reported by the neighbours to the owner. As a result, we felt uncomfortable using the outdoor area in the evenings. If you are looking for a place where friends or family can relax together by the pool and barbecue, this may not be the right choice. Communication with the owner was polite but not particularly welcoming. We often felt that she was more focused on potential complaints than on ensuring guests enjoyed their stay.
