For the money disappointing
There were positive aspects such as the off street parking, the pool and the facilities in the local town.
Unfortunately when we arrived the pool wasn't functioning as it should and the water had started to turn green and smell. The owners attended very quickly and sorted out the issue but it took 24hrs to clear. The digital service for the TV didn't work and the owners once again were on scene very quickly & I think they replaced the TV with their own SMART TV. Unfortunately on the last few days of our stay, we lost water pressure and couldn't shower. The owners took a couple of days to figure out the problem, which turned out to be a faulty water softener, but once that was isolated, full water pressure was regained. We knew there was no A/C and ceiling fans were provided. To be honest they were pretty useless and the two on the top floor need attention.

Une très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin

Tout d'abord, le logement est extrêmement isolé. Il faut compter entre 45 minutes et 1 heure de route pour rejoindre les principaux centres d'intérêt de l'île (Magaluf, Cala Major, etc.). De plus, le premier commerce (supérette, magasin d'alimentation, boutique...) se trouve à environ 6 km, ce qui est très peu pratique au quotidien. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons également constaté la présence de cafards et de lézards à plusieurs reprises dans la maison, ce qui a fortement nui à notre confort. La communication avec le propriétaire est quasiment inexistante. Il est très difficile à joindre et ne répond pas aux messages. Le pire est survenu après notre départ : malgré plusieurs relances, notre caution de 300 € ne nous a pas été restituée pendant plus d'un mois. Ce n'est qu'après avoir contacté Booking.com que nous avons enfin obtenu notre remboursement. Au vu de cette expérience, je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement. Une très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin.

Wonderful Villa in a great location
We had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I found the bed uncomfortable. However my husband was the opposite, so think that's a matter of taste.
