The space
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. After our stay, the homeowner made multiple accusations regarding trash and cleanliness that were not accurate. I have photo documentation showing the trash conditions prior to the cleaning, as well as evidence that some of the issues cited were pre-existing or the result of capacity limitations following the Christmas holiday. Despite this, I was charged additional fees. I also discovered serious concerns with cleanliness after the cleaning was supposedly completed, including beds that appeared to have been remade without proper laundering and a comforter with visible blood stains. For hygiene reasons, I had to re-wash all bedding myself. Photos were taken and shared for documentation. I attempted to resolve these matters professionally and directly with the homeowner by providing clear photographic evidence. However, once I began sharing proof that contradicted the accusations, the homeowner blocked all communication and refused to continue discussing a resolution. I am now being threatened with charges exceeding $800.
