  It was nice and clean inside.

  The was a colony of pigeons on the roof of the property. They made a big mess which meant that we could not use the balconies and had to clean the ground terrace 2-4 times a day. When the got there the pool was not cleaned and we found broken glass on the terrace. We had to call management for several basic kitchen items that were missing. They were very helpful, but it still took 2 days before it was sorted. The pictures of the beach is not the beach close to the property.

  Great Villa for a vacation in Cyprus (recommend renting a car to explore)

  We were a group of friends and we stayed at Kimma Villa 17. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, there are two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, and a lovely terrace with a swimming pool and barbecue. The guys even had a barbecue one evening! Throughout our stay, we had a little furry friend keeping us company — a lovely cat we named Bobi. The host told us he wasn’t his cat, but we were still happy to look after him, as he was very friendly and well-behaved. We miss him, please take care of Bobi too, if you stay there🙏🏻 I would recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around and explore the beautiful beaches and surrounding area. We had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus, and the accommodation was excellent.

  It would also be helpful to have a dustpan and brush for the terrace, as well as a mop, so guests can easily clean up if needed. The upstairs sink was slightly clogged, but it wasn’t a major issue. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation!

  Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό, διαθέτει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείτε. Αρκετά όμορφη αυλή με την ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η πισίνα είναι αρκετά μεγάλη σε μέγεθος και πολύ καθαρή. Άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και σαλόνι. Το συνιστώ

  Ιδανική διαμονή για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία!! Όταν χρειάστηκε να μας εξυπηρετήσουν για κάποια θέματα ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα!! Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία
