  Deceptive Listing – Do Not Expect the Property Shown in the Photos

  NOTHING. This house is a scam. It looks like a luxury villa, but it is a dirty run-down old house. Pictures are AI generated and not real.

  This was, without question, the most disappointing vacation rental experience I have ever had. We chose this villa based on the photographs and description on Booking.com and paid a premium price expecting the property that was advertised. What we found upon arrival was something completely different. The private pool—one of the main reasons we booked this property—was green and unusable for our entire four-day stay. The pool was not restored until the morning we checked out, after our vacation was effectively over. We paid for a villa with a private pool and never had the opportunity to enjoy it. The owner repeatedly told us it would be fixed "in a few hours." Those hours turned into days. Even more disappointing, the house itself did not resemble the standard portrayed in the listing. The photographs create the impression of a clean, well-maintained, high-end villa. That is not what we found. We documented the condition of the property with photographs and submitted them to Booking.com because the differences were so significant. Instead of enjoying our family vacation, I spent a large part of it dealing with complaints, messages, phone calls, repair visits, and promises that never resulted in a solution. My family had traveled from the United States, and our vacation was overshadowed by problems with this rental. The pool remained unusable for virtually our entire stay, despite repeated assurances that it would soon be fixed. When the property's main advertised feature cannot be used until guests are leaving, the holiday they paid for has already been lost. Booking.com itself acknowledged in writing that the property's condition, hygiene issues, and unusable pool were "unacceptable," yet the proposed compensation was only 15%. We found that response just as disappointing as the property itself. Will NEVER USE BOOKING.COM again

  Alojamiento para grupo

  Habitaciones amplias, cocina, patio, salón…., todo apropiado para un grupo grande de personas. Todo estaba limpio, camas cómodas y servicio de baño completo. Buen abastecimiento de menaje de cocina. El anfitrión muy amable y accesible, facilitando la comunicación desde el primer momento. No pudimos disfrutar de piscina por las fechas pero el patio es muy amplio, aunque algo descuidado la zona del cenador. El pueblo es tranquilo y muy cerca de Segovia.

  La casa necesita un pequeño repaso, principalmente la pintura de paredes, ordenación eléctrica (cableado en salón por el suelo y escasez de enchufes en habitaciones) y cerrajería de puertas. Esto no afecta al hospedaje, pero sí al confort en el mismo.
