Insgesamt alles perfekt.
Lage und Ausstattung der Fewo spitze.
Küche könnte etwas im Bereich des stehenden Tisches breiter sein. Damit könnte man ohne Probleme Kühlschrank oder Spülmaschine besser bedienen.

- zentrale Lage - Strandnähe - Parkplatz
- viel zu kleines Bad mit alter Duschkabine - älterer Teppichboden im ganzen Appartement - partiell sperrige und in die Jahre gekommene Sitzgelegenheiten ( 2. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer) - Schlafzimmer ist lediglich durch einen Vorhang vom Wohn- Essbereich getrennt - unpraktischer Küchentisch - unpraktische Küche ( Spülmaschine ist nur zu öffnen, wenn der Mülleimerbereich geschlossen ist, Besteck befindet sich unter dem Ofen in Fußbodennähe) - Mikrowelle fehlt - Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind kein selbstverständlicher Service, sondern müssen extra dazu bezahlt werden, genauso wie ein günstiger Kinderstuhl von IKEA - Appartements sind recht hellhörig - Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht!

Wir würden gerne noch einmal nach Binz fahren, aber diesmal in ein anderes Apartment.
Die Lage war fantastisch, nur 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Apartments waren makellos sauber und die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck – alles war vorhanden.
Die Zimmer waren recht klein, und das Bad und WC waren winzig, man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Das Haus ist zwar alt, aber günstig renoviert. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was mit vielen Koffern mühsam war.
