    we enjoyed our stay but could have been 10 times better if it was more organised

    the location was good, the apartment was big and spacious and the kitchen facilities were great, bed were very comfortable and the lounge area was good, the communication with the Villa staff was excellent through the app

    when we arrived we had to call to try and get into the apartment also we had no welcome pack to instruct us with anything about the apartment, also we had to call several times that the air condition would not work and we did not have air con for 4 days in a major heat wave, we had no idea that we had to put coins into a slot machine that kept coming up with a fault and could not get an engineer out because they did not work weekends, also on arrival the hot tub was filthy and the cushions on the outdoor seating area where also filthy and stains on them, we had no cleaners in for the full stay and we had to sleep in the same bed sheet for the full 10 days stay, booking.com should be compensating us for our inconvenience

    Check in caótico. Al tratarse de una agencia todo es por el móvil. Estuvimos en la puerta esperando para entrar 45 minutos porque el código de entrada era incorrecto. Te retienen en la tarjeta 500 euros y lo devuelven cuando ellos consideran.
