なにも点検されてない、管理人の人柄が最悪
ロケーション
トイレや椅子が汚れたまま、鍵の不具合、ドアをしめてもあいてしまう、エアコンのリモコンの不具合、ランプがつかない、タオルはよごれてる。これらを管理人に指摘したときに、謝るどころかそれは問題ではない、一時間以内にいくといい一切謝らない。責任転嫁が得意な人。クリーニングもチェックもしたといいこちらは悪くないと言い張る。私のことを煩わしいと思っているかのような対応。もはや人間として残念。問題が起きたら、謝罪して真摯にスピーディーに対応するべき。あなたたちの問題の修理がおわるまで、顧客は本来受けられるサービスを受けられないわけです。これを理解していただける脳みそがそちらにあれば幸いです。

Beautiful! Loved it
The accommodation was gorgeous, pool was great, day bed was great, rooms were comfy and everything was new and clean! Kitchen was set up for cooking. Location was a 3 min walk to a nice quiet beach, 10 min bike to the big main beach and restaurant areas.
