    La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel.

    Aucune chaise dans la chambre, juste une petite table carré hauteur du lit. Mauvaise éclairage de la salle de bain surtout au niveau du miroir. Le petit déjeuner : pas de riz, pas de thé chaud, pas de baguettes mais fourchette, au Japon c'est un comble.

    Great place to stay!

    I was so impressed with this hotel! I just needed a room for the night which wasn't too far from Tokyo station. It was a decent sized room with free coffee and a good sized bathroom. Staff were very helpful and it was a short walk from the metro.

    Asked for a double but got a twin. Not a major issue but was the only thing that could have improved my stay.

    Fantastic location and very comfortable

    The hotel is well-located in a quiet street close to the south exit of the JR Hamamatsucho station and Blue Front Shibaura. The room was a nice size, and the beds were very comfortable. A good range of toiletries is available in the lobby, as well as sachets of drip coffee and green tea.

    As the room had a bath, it would have been nice if the toiletries in the lobby included bath salts.
