    Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren wirklich top. Sehr sauber und schöne ruhige Lage. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Die kleine Bar im Baumhaus wenige Minuten entfernt war ein sehr idyllischer Ort.

    Wonderful relaxing villa that allowed us to explore beautiful Dubrovnik.

    Location was excellent as it was just a short bus/taxi ride away from main city but still in walking distance of some bars and restaurants Beautiful property which was very clean. We were able to combine relaxation and busy sight seeing days. Concierge service was excellent very helpful and went above and beyond to make it a great family holiday.

    Nothing it was all amazing.

    Highly recommended if you want a peaceful and undisturbed vacation.

    The area is a bit isolated from shops and restaurants (it's a 15-20 minutes walk), but it's right at the beach. The pool area is very nice, and it's completely undisturbed. There are several outdoor seating areas, and every room, except bathrooms, has air condition.

    It's recommended to have a car when staying at this villa, but not a big one. We rented a VW Tayron and I wouldn't recommend a car bigger than that, mainly because it's quite narrow to get to the last 50 meters or so when there are a lot of people on the beach.
