    Boltok, éttermek közelsége. Maga az apartman elosztása összeségében mindenkinek jó volt.

    A partot nem lehetett az apartman teraszról megközelíteni, el kellett hagyni az apartmant hozzá, körbe kellett menni. Kerítéssel volt elkerítve, strandbelépőt kellet venni hogy be tudj menni. A hirdetésben úgy szerepelt, hogy az apartmanhoz medence tartozik, de a valóságban nem volt. Illetve jó lett volna ha a teraszról ki lehet sétálni a Balatonba. Egy kis kapu jó lett volna hogy ki lehessen menni a partra. Klíma nagyon jól jött volna a lenti szobákba, vagy a nappali térbe, mivel nagyon meleg volt a lenti részen.
