  Villa dangereuse et insalubre – expérience scandaleuse. Cette villa ne correspond absolument pas à l’annonce et ne devrait pas être proposée à la location en l’état. Sur la propreté, c’est inacceptable : poubelles non évacuées à notre arrivée, vaisselle des précédents occupants encore présente, ménage clairement non fait avec des surfaces grasses et sales. Le niveau d’hygiène est indigne. Concernant les équipements, plusieurs sont inutilisables : lave-vaisselle hors service, machine à laver remplie d’eau croupie qui s’est déversée au sol lors de son utilisation. Rien n’est vérifié avant l’arrivée des clients. La capacité annoncée (10 personnes) est trompeuse : seulement 6 places assises à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, avec un mobilier vétuste et insuffisant. Le confort est totalement négligé. La sécurité est particulièrement préoccupante : une baie vitrée ne fermait pas, rendant la villa accessible de l’extérieur pendant nos absences et la nuit. C’est un point extrêmement grave. De nombreux dysfonctionnements ont impacté le séjour : climatisation en panne pendant 4 jours, WC cassé dans une chambre. Enfin, certaines chambres sont à la limite de l’insalubrité : odeurs d’égout et d’humidité, sol dégradé, rideau de douche moisi. Le rapport qualité/prix est scandaleux. Ce séjour a été fortement dégradé par l’ensemble de ces problèmes. À fuir absolument.

  Would come back

  The view is spectacular. The villa is large, quiet and private. There are 2-3 parking spaces. The beds were comfortable. All ACs worked well. The pool was good and clean. The nearby Nissaki beach is great and has everything you may need - bakery, shop, restaurant, good rental boats. The nearest groceries shop with reasonable prices is AB - 15 minutes drive from the villa.

  I'd say that the villa was clean enough not to be considered filthy. The linen was clean. The bathrooms were okay. The rest was also okay. Some of the *available* electrical appiances are not in good condition - mainly the washing machine and dishwasher. We did manage to use the washing machine but had issues with a leaking dishwasher water pump. The agency that manages the place promptly took measures to replace the water pump, which was nice. One of the room bathrooms had an issue - the toilet water tank did not have water / was broken. Personally I'd consider the above minor inconveniences but they are worth noting. The road to get there is steep and walking up could be considered a workout but most cars can get up just fine. Especially low or large vehicles may face some issues but should be fine as well.

  Fijn verblijf gehad

  Mooi uitzicht, ruime kamers en groot terras en zwembad. Ook 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen

  Inrichting moet geupdate worden, de laminaat vloeren in de slaapkamers staan krom (waarschijnlijk een keer water overlast gehad.). Stoelen, ligbedden en tafel op het terras zijn aan vervanging toe. Veel kleine wespen

  Piscina si privelistea sunt foarte frumoase. Aer coniditonat in fiecare camera, care functioneaza bine. Per total pentru pretul oferit, a fost o cazare ok.

  Are nevoie de niste curatenie si intretinere pe alocuri. Nu are uscator de par desi mentioneaza in descriere ca exista. In baia de la etaj miroase foarte urat, a trebuit sa stam mereu cu usa inchisa. Pe lenjerie erau pete maro, iar draperiile erau foarte murdare. Wi-fi trebuie imbunatatit, nu merge aproape deloc. Drumul catre cazare este foarte abrupt, trebuie sa fie un sofer priceput.

  Beautiful view from the pool

  The view from the villa pool is amazing. There are air-conditioners everywhere, although the ones in the living room were old and weren't as effective. A lot of reviews complain about the road - if you come with a car, it's fine - there are 2 parking spaces.

  Just a little more maintenance and some extras would be nice - to have some tablets for dishwasher, some ice trays, some bags for the rubbish, salt and pepper. The previous guests left some of the dishes dirty - probably due to the lack of dishwasher tablets.
