  Dank der Außenanlage konnten wir den Aufenthalt genießen.

  Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Räumlichkeiten/Zimmeraufteilung ist für 4-5 Personen super. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Räumlichkeiten sind klimatisiert.

  Badezimmer und Küche waren nicht sauber und stark verkalkt. Das Abwasser funktioniert nicht besonders gut. Das WLAN funktioniert aufgrund der Lage nicht.

  Cozy and private

  The private yard and quite a big house is the key of this place. You can make your own atmosphere and enjoy it during vacation. Especially the villa suits for families with kids, there are plenty of stuff available - basketball hoops, table football, and of course the pool. One of the bedrooms is also kids oriented. At the same time there are facilities for adults too, I personally enjoyed grilling and unfortunately didn’t have time to try the wood pizza oven. The owners are very kind and helpful. I got the impression that they maintain the villa mainly themselves without any agencies. Which makes it a bit special :)

  I don’t have very strong points here. But just to mention few things 1. There is a need for a car. There are no beaches or groceries in walkable distance. It’s not a downside, but you need to be prepared:) 2. Some stuff, especially plumbing, is a bit old already. It looks like the owners are in the process to replace it gradually, but there are few things.

  Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista.

  Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. Viaggiamo spesso in famiglia durante le festività (Pasqua, Pasquetta, Natale) e possiamo dire senza esitazioni che questa è stata la casa più bella in cui abbiamo soggiornato finora. La casa è impeccabile: pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente organizzata. Gli spazi sono accoglienti e si percepisce subito l’attenzione e la cura dei proprietari. La piscina è fantastica, un vero valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, persone davvero gentili, disponibili e attente.

  Villa zum Entspannen für die ganze Familie

  Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer. Es hat alles sehr einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert. Schlüssel Übergabe sowie die Schlüssel Abgabe. Die Lage ist superschön. Gelegen neben Sassari inmitten der Olivenbäume. Die Villa bietet einen grossen Umschwung. Hervorragend für eine Familie mit Kindern, da die Eigentümer viel für Kinder bieten (kleines Haus zum Spielen, Bälle, Basketball-Körbe, kleines Fahrrad, Spielautos, ein tolles Kinderzimmer, etc.…) und natürlich nicht zu vergessen, einen Super Pool!! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Auch zu erwähnen, ist der tolle Grill. Haben praktisch jeden Abend grilliert. Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft sauber geputzt und der Umschwung super gepflegt. Grosses Dankeschön an die Besitzer!!! Haten tolle 5 Tage. Kommen gerne wieder!
