The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Good location but not value for money.

    Good location and pool a good size.

    The decor is very dated. No air conditioning in the kitchen, dining and living room which is far from ideal in the high temperatures. Air conditioning in the bedrooms limited to certain times.

    Will be writing a review on Booking.com. Should not be charging the amount of money for a house wit

    This house needs a complete overhaul and modernisation. Should not be charging the amount of money for a house with decor that belongs in the 1960s. If it was half the price it would be more reasonable. Also no aircon in the main parts of the house which was the main killer!! Pool was great but so many negatives it completely outweighs the positives of which there were few.

    where to go if you don’t wanna enjoy your vacations

    Nothing

    - It was not clean. There were cockroahces and lot of ants - Pool had too much chlorine - TV didn’t work - Maintenance and customer service was very poor and rude - Air conditioning was regulated and only two hours during the day, - There were many plugs that didn’t work - Someone of the service entered the house at 8am without advicing or asking - There were not any blankets

    Stunning villa, excellent location, definitely will return

    The villa was in ideal location, peaceful area and close to the beach and other amenities, size and layout of villa was perfect, pool decent size and all the family enjoyed our stay at the villa, the table tennis and children’s little corner was a success with the granddaughter and our son Kitchen stocked with plenty cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses etc Received a little welcome pack of water, tea, coffee, sugar, vinegars, dishwasher tablets Washing machine and dishwasher all worked fine, over clean and worked great BBQ was decent size Plenty of outdoor seating around the villa so you can follow the sun or sit in the shade Beds all comfy and plenty of storage 2 bathrooms - 1 a shower room with toilet, other bath with shower over and toilet (both had toilet paper in on arriving) Man came to clean pool every other day and was lovely and friendly

    The towels / villa were not cleaned once during our stay even despite us emailing to say we wanted the towels to be changed during our stay as we there for 7 days - only downside was this wasn’t cleaned during our stay so we had to clean ourselves when was expecting Villa towels etc to be done during stay. Was a lot on ants and mosquitos during our stay but people saying that due to the temperature (we visited August) this obviously not a villa issue just thought mention as good idea to take ant/mosqito stuff
