Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Gracia
Die Unterkunft war traumhaft gelegen und das Haus war sehr schön. Wunderschöner Blick über die Bucht von La Spezia. Die Gastgeberin hat uns alles gezeigt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!

Хозяин очень хороший дом чистый стиль хорошие
Не было интернета подход к дому высокий подъём и дороги были разбиты и вокруг дома мало зелени для прогулки с ребёнком мы маленькими ребёнком

Beautiful property, fantastic vista
We liked the flat in the villa very much. It was clean, ample space for my family and it had ACs in wvery room, which was a must in the torrid heat in Aug 2026 (over 35 degrees daily). The views feom the terasse were breathtaking.
Sadly, I broke my foot a week before the holiday. Accessing the flat required going up quite a few stairs, which proved challenging at times. Also, on a couple of occasions I wanted to do something different than my family and I ordered a taxi. They never wanted to come on the private road, so I had to struggle by myself up and down the property. These are more a reflection of personal circumstances and if ypu have no mobility issues the property is beautiful. One extra thing - don't leave any food out of the fridge at any time. Small ants tend to invade anything left out in the kitchen. It took us a few days to figure it out and we had to throw away bread and a few other things...
