  Everything was perfect!

  We stayed at the villa for almost 3 weeks. A clean, well-maintained house with everything you need: washing machine, air conditioning in the bedroom, fans, iron, hairdryer, refrigerator, stove, dishes. One day we had a barbecue right in the garden. A beautiful garden with squirrels running around and black monkeys coming in the morning.. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace, along the way you can see monitor lizards, herons, peacocks, on a tuk-tuk the road to the beach takes 5 minutes. The villa itself is located next to Narrigama beach, in our opinion it is the best beach on the south coast of Sri Lanka, wide, rock-free bottom, near a surf school and you can take a lesson or just rent a board. We have been to other beaches, including Unawatuna and jungle beach, but Narrigama beach is our favorite, there are sun beds and cafes, toilet, shower, everything you need. Chaminda is a very empathetic and helpful host, met us at the airport, and was in touch daily with any questions. When our flight was cancelled, he kindly extended our stay and then took us to the airport. Guests come back to Chaminda again and again, because this is the person who will make your stay as comfortable and reliable as possible. Chaminda, thank you!

  Это супер крутая вилла! Чистая и красивая!

  Эта вилла — не просто временное жилье, а настоящий дом с душой . На ней есть абсолютно все, для комфортного проживания: многообразие посуды, кофейный и чайный сервиз, кастрюли, сковородки, все самое необходимое для приготовления еды! Очень важно, что на газовой плите 4 конфорки, что позволяет оптимизировать время приготовления блюд. Важно отметить, что очень чисто! Нет муравьев, как во многих других местах на Шри Ланке. Свой ухоженный сад, где мне полюбилось каждое утро делать зарядку босиком на траве. Есть горячая вода, большая стиральная машина. Интерьер светлый с цветными акцентами. Жилье с душой, а сам хозяин — человек с большим сердцем. Чаминда — это наш первый друг на Шри Ланке. Такого дружелюбного и позитивного хозяина я не встречал нигде и никогда. Он встретил нас вкусными кокосами, всегда интересовался все ли у нас в порядке, как у нас дела. На все наши вопросы отвечал своевременно. Чаминда показал нам некоторые интересные места, а также буквально спас нас в ситуации, когда местные решили нас обмануть на 200$. Чаминда наш супер герой! Это человек с большим сердцем. Арендодателям стоит у него многому научиться. Благодарю и низкий поклон!

  Exceptional

  Villa is comfortable and fully equipted for long stay, suited for remote work, internet connection is fast and stable. It is located in quiet and safe area, a bit distanced from the center of settlement. We enjoyed spending time on terrace surrounded by beautiful plants. Host Chaminda is very pleasant, friendly, hospitable and helpfull, we are happy to meet him! Really it was one if the best booking experiences

  A hidden gem in Paradise!!

  This place is a hidden gem. The owner takes time for his guests and assisted in each and every way. He provided us with fresh Coconuts and the best Tuk Tuk driver that is punctual and able to drive us around for a good and honest fare. Wifi is excellent!! The villa has a well kept garden, and limes fresh from the tree for tea. In many way we got assistance from Chaminda and we shall certainly get back. Thank you so much for your care and outstanding hospitality!!
