    Quiet & peaceful during October stay. Spacious apartment with all required amenities.

    Pool was not open even after booking.com confirmed it would be open during our stay.

    A very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

    Nothing.

    The hotel is poorly maintained and does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. There was not even a bottle of water provided in the apartment, which is particularly disappointing given that the property is not located in the city centre. If you arrive late at night, you have no access to drinking water and may have to wait until the following morning, take your car, and drive several kilometres just to buy a bottle of water. Furthermore, the air conditioning was inadequate. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was a machine placed on the floor that was so noisy it would have been impossible to sleep comfortably. After spending just 30 minutes in the apartment, we decided that the conditions were unacceptable and left. We had to book another hotel, meaning we paid for accommodation that we ultimately could not use.

    Leider haben wir vom Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft Matteo eine WhatsApp Nachricht erhalten, wie wir sie als Gäste noch nie erhalten haben und welche unseren Aufenthalt geprägt hat.
