Wonderful stay
The villa is large and well laid out and all the rooms were spacious and clean. The garden was beautiful and well kept with lots of areas to sit. The owner Alex was a wonderful host. My husband enjoyed chatting with him in the mornings and we all enjoyed the homegrown fruit he brought us. The villa is opposite the beach and you can walk along the promenade to the cafes and shops in Latchi in about 15/20 minutes. We preferred to drive into Polis for dinner as it was about half the price of the seafront and had some excellent restaurants. Than you Alex and Katherine for a great holiday. 😁
The road outside the villa is busier and noisier than expected.

Las camas demasiado incómodas, deberían cambiar los colchones, y alguien viene a diario a limpiar la piscina, el es muy amable, pero no tienes total privacidad en la mañana

Lovely villa in a good location for Latchi harbour
The property is very clean, well maintained and within walking distance of the harbour with its restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Alex (lovely guy) the owner came early every morning to clean the pool. He even brought us some lovely lemons from his garden to welcome us.

Beautiful villa with pool in perfect location
A beautifully kept villa in a perfect location just a two minute walk from the local beach and 15-20 minutes to bars and restaurants. Both the villa and pool were immaculate. Alex and Katerina were so friendly and helpful and we thank them for making our time in Cyprus so enjoyable.
