    Great location, near where we needed to be for our activities. Beach path will be a great way to access restaurants of hotels. Villa clean and had all we needed.

    A bit open to passers by, but positive is you can see the ocean. When swimming anyone walking past can see you. Very close to next door pool and a group of young people on our first night arrived early hours, did bombs into the pool and were generally loud, appreciate people are entitled to have fun, but we did find that annoying. Comments on villa from over a year ago re maintenance have still not been addressed (door handle loose, curtains a bit grubby, curtains rail broken, toilet paper holder missing, water did not heat up in 2nd bathroom, pool tiles need a clean, rusty lights outside, pool lights didn't work & a few more). Owner needs to attend to these things to maintain a good customer base, given properties proposed for Candidasa.
