    La ubicación y las vistas son de 10, y la plaza de garaje justo debajo del apartamento. El dueño atendió rápidamente algunos inconvenientes, aunque no se pudieron subsanar todos.

    El estado del mobiliario de la terraza, en concreto una hamaca y la sombrilla sin posibilidad de uso, y la piscina de la comunidad con el gresite en bastante mal estado.
