    We had a wonderful stay at Villa Heliconia Ubud. The location was excellent, with a market and several restaurants conveniently located nearby. The villa was comfortable and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. A special thanks to Indra, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and always available when needed. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would happily recommend Villa Heliconia to anyone visiting Ubud.

    Great stay at Heliconia. Would stay again.

    Rooms are big & spacious. Awesome pool and garden area. Plenty of room and space for a family to enjoy the downtime after a day of exploring

    Willa jest piękna i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Pyszne śniadania organizowane rano przez personel. Spory basen. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum, sklepów i restauracji ale jednak ciszej i przyjemniej niż w centrum. Bardzo polecam.

    W łazience brakowało kosmetyków które są w opisie.

    Horrible

    Its bedsheets were moist and smelly, Indira refused to change them. even though he acknowledged it’s been raining and moist he said they don’t give towel and guests are required to reuse the ones given upon check in, which wouldn’t dry up because it was raining through the day. Much worse when we asked for it, he turned hostile and racist saying “ you Indians ask too much” I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if Indira is the caretaker.
