My wife and I arrived late in the night where we were met by a delightful and informative male member of staff. He dealt with everything in a very polite and professional manner. Our room, breakfast and other staff encounters were of a high standard. However during the course of the night there had been a big storm which apparently knocked out the hot water system. This resulted in cold showers the following morning. We were unaware that the storm had affected the hot water systems. Whilst booking out the following morning the cold water issue was raised with a male member of staff on the reception desk, I realise everyone can have an off day but his manner was rude and dismissive. In essence he ruined the pleasant experience. I feel if he a decent degree of empathy our attitude would have changed, not only has he let the hotel down but he is a huge embarrassment to the other hard working staff.

Un paradiso, villa ben curata circondata da maestosi alberi,piante,fiori, relax assoluto per staccare la spina..La piscina in mezzo al verde,di più non si può chiedere!

Klimat tego miejsca jest wyjątkowy. Spokój, cisza oraz piękna natura. A świeże figi z ogrodu, które serwowała gospodyni były przepyszne. Pokoje codziennie były dokładnie sprzątane, kawa uzupełniana.
