  Honestly, this place was incredible. The host is just the nicest guy—he kept surprising us with homemade snacks and local desserts, and told us to help ourselves to his trees. The figs were totally in season, which was a huge bonus. The Villa is exactly what you see in the photos, kitchen is fully stocked, knives are actually sharp too. WIFI was great, but the showers were amazing, they aren't rainfall, it was more like waterfall. Tons of outdoor seating options with great views of the sea. The main town is about a 10 minute taxi ride. The host will give you the number and most taxis were 10 Euro or less. Also, shoutout to MiMi the cat. She’s super friendly, comes right up for pets, and then literally just walks away when she’s had enough attention. Location-wise, you're like a four-minute walk from the beach, which is awesome. Plus, Olga’s is right nearby—such a great little spot to grab a bite. If you're heading this way, definitely stay here, you won't regret it.

  We loved Villa hermione and the warm welcome. We just didn't want to leave .

  The living space and outdoor areas of the villa are amazing and the views to the sea are stunning. Manolis went above and beyond with the welcome hamper, fresh pastries, tomatoes fresh from the garden and departure gifts. The town is a short walk and full of lovely shops and places to eat . We just wish we were staying longer.

  A truely magical and relaxing week.

  We have just had the most perfect week at Villa Hermione. The villa itself is even more magical than the pictures, and I have never stayed anywhere so well equipped or received such exceptional service from a host. Manolis made every part of our trip feel completely effortless, from recommending brilliant local companies for car and boat hire, to arranging our airport transfers and sharing excellent restaurant recommendations. When we arrived, he had stocked the fridge and cupboards with everything we could possibly need: wine, beer, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal, milk and bread. It was so much more than a welcome hamper, and totally unexpected. Throughout the week, the service continued to be incredible. Manolis brought freshly baked, homemade pastries on multiple mornings, and halfway through our stay there was a full cleaning service, with all the sheets and towels changed. It genuinely felt as though we were staying in a five-star hotel, but with the space and comfort of our own villa. The grounds are absolutely stunning and much bigger than they appear in the pictures. The mature herb garden is magical, with huge bushes of rosemary, as well as a full vegetable garden with fresh strawberries and other produce. I honestly could not recommend Villa Hermione more. It was far more than a five-star experience.

  Wonderful. Best host ever!

  We loved everything about the property. It’s in a fantastic location - close to some nice tavernas, 5min drive to Agios Nikolaos (€10 taxi) and Elounda also not far away. We loved the pool area, and the various chill out areas. It’s nice and spacious and worked well for our group of 6. Most special about the whole stay was our incredible host, who could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Thank you!
