    Perfektes Haus

    Eine sehr schönes Haus. Tür aufgemacht und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr bequeme Betten und alles sehr sauber. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und alle waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein toller Pool, eine schöne Feuerstelle. Eine ruhige Gegend und Nachbarschaft. Super zum relaxen. Die Kommunikation war einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

    Es gab nichts das man beanstanden müsste.

    Beautiful vacation in a beautiful villa

    Everything was modern and clean, the pool was just the correct temperature, the bed so comfortable, the villa had everything we needed, I would return in a heartbeat

    Lovely Florida getaway, with a few downers.

    Before our stay, right after our booking, the hosts contacted us (even in German) and the check-in instructions were given in due time. It's a spacious villa with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable, king-sized bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a quality barbecue grill. TV and music installations were up to date and worked well. The surroundings were very quiet, the neighbours as friendly as usual in Cape Coral. Two bicycles and four excellent beach chairs were at our disposal - nice!

    The cleanliness in general could have been better, especially in the Lanai, where there were cobwebs galore, and some broken stuff lying around. The swimming pool was not clean when we arrived, and was never maintained during our stay - therefore, we didn't use it. The garage was occupied by someone else's car, thus not for us to use. The first thing we saw of the house was a little front porch that was seriously uninviting, with bird droppings and fallen palm fronds all over - that could and should be done better. The manager was never present, so we couldn't address a few things that could have made a difference.

    Clean, updated and well equipped

    House was clean, updated and well equipped. We had everything we needed and moore. Check-in and check-out were easy, as was contact with the owner of the house. The neighborhood was quiet.
