    Erheblich beeinträchtigter Aufenthalt durch nicht angekündigte Bauarbeiten und einen unangekündigten

    Während 6 von 7 Tagen fanden unmittelbar neben der Villa umfangreiche Bau- und Sanierungsarbeiten statt. Stemmhammer, erheblicher Lärm, Vibrationen und Staub waren täglich deutlich wahrnehmbar. Die Fotos dokumentieren die unmittelbare Nähe und das Ausmaß der Baustelle.

    Pool und Außenbereich waren während der Arbeitszeiten praktisch nicht nutzbar, auch in der Villa war keine ausreichende Ruhe. Am 04.09.2026 betrat der Eigentümer gegen 20:30 Uhr unangekündigt die noch bewohnte Villa. Die Baustelle war bei Buchung nicht angegeben; als Alternative wurde eine ländliche, nur mit dem Auto erreichbare Unterkunft angeboten, die nicht gleichwertig war.

    Luxury townhouse near the centre of Pollenca.

    Fabulously appointed property - very close to the centre of Pollenca. Beautiful pool area and some great facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms).

    55 Villa Horta, Fabulous Villa in a great location, close to the Calvari steps

    Really love this villa, it must be one of the absolute nicest places that you can stay in Pollensa old town.
