  Nous avons profité au maximum de la piscine et la terrasse en famille.

  Les points positifs de cette grande maison sont la piscine (entretenue) et les extérieurs : terrasse et jardin. Les intérieurs sont à l'ancienne mais la majorité de la maison est correcte même si pas très propre. La maison est bien équipée : vaisselle et casseroles en suffisance, savon pour les mains, prises anti-moustiques. La personne qui gère est très réactive et nous répond rapidement (nous avons signalé un problème d'écoulement lent à la douche, une personne est venue dans le même jour pour faire le nécessaire).

  Nous avons attendu 30 minutes que la personne qui avait les clés viennent nous ouvrir la maison alors que la maison était ouverte, il fallait juste savoir où passer (pourquoi pas nous le dire). Les lits en fer avec ressorts comme sommier : une catastrophe. Même si les matelas semblent de qualité et propre. Le pire est la chambre au rez-de-chaussée : vieux carrelage sale, pas accueillante du tout mais comme nous étions 7 personnes, nous avons été obligés de l'occuper. Durant la semaine, 2x face à un petit serpent dans la cage d'escalier :( Nous nous sommes fait manger par les moustiques toute la semaine, évidemment la maison est en pleine nature, heureusement la maison est équipée de prise anti-moustiques dans toutes les chambres. Je le savais car lu dans un commentaire (merci): 100 euro de frais de nettoyage à payer sur place, cash. Pourquoi ne pas l'annoncer sur l'annonce.

  Beautiful retro villa with refreshing swimming pool

  The villa is a gorgeous, spacious, characterful property ideal for a large group. If you’re looking for sleek and modern, this is not the place for you. If you’re after rustic charm and retro vibes, then you’ll love it. Swimming pool was a real bonus too.

  Communication could have been better leading up to check in. I received zero emails from the host despite me sending several to confirm check in procedure. We arrived at the property and nobody was waiting. I called the listed number several times and nobody picked up. We went to the property next door and the lady kindly gave us the correct number. I called and the host told us where to find the keys. She turned up about 2 hours later and advised of tourist tax (which we were expecting), but also asked for a €300 cash security deposit and €100 for cleaning. These were unexpected fees and could have been sorted out prior if the host had emailed us with details. I must stress, the host was very nice. Hot water at the property was low. Luke warm shower only ever available. This wasn’t a huge issue as the weather was warm. There was a tv that we tried to use one night just to watch a movie after a nice dinner. But it wasn’t working. There isn’t any air con in the property but they do have fans. No basics like tea or coffee are provided, nor are there any soaps etc. We managed fine but these are just things to note so you can bring things along with you. We had a very relaxing stay. It’s a beautiful villa.

  Very helpful owner, good communication, spacious, relaxing and very enjoyable holiday.

  Very spacious and clean. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Quiet and very relaxing, easy access to local towns, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

  Nothing much, decor a little dated and due to older electricity supply fewer appliances eg microwave available. Car needed to get around.

  Villa bellissima con piscina privata che abbiamo fruttato al massimo. Abbiamo pure apprezzato vari ottimi ristoranti nel raggio di 10 min della villa!

  Spend your holiday like Italian royalty from the past in this gorgeous villa.

  you have an old villa with lots of character all to yourself. Great terrace to relax. Nice pool with enough chairs to relax. The house is really big. You have 2 floors (3rd is storage). Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby (within 10 minutes drive). Lots of activities or cities to visit within an hour drive.

  Nothing. But remember this is an old villa with matching furniture. If you want everything modern and new this might not be the place for you. Pool is not that deep (about 1,5 meters). No problem, but is you really want a deep pool, this is not the one.
