    Close to town, but lacking basics.

    The facility itself is good. Pool is nice, air-conditioned rooms and many outdoor spaces to relax. You will struggle to find a villa similar within walking distance to the Ostuni old town (15min). The walk requires about 200m alongside a road before reaching residential streets.

    No wifi (which is bare minimum for a place these days) was ridiculous. Guests are expected to deal with their own rubbish due to local Ostuni rubbish management regulations and for the cost of this place I think it's an unacceptable policy. The facility should manage the waste of guests. This wasn't mentioned in the description either but expected to be agreed upon. Hot water system is solar powered so only cold showers in the mornings. There are visibile wires hanging out some walls which pose a hazard. Staff looking after the property would rather be elsewhere. For the money paid (~450€ p/n for 4 ppl), I believe you'd be better off staying in a Masseria or hotel with services in Ostuni.

    Very nice outdoor area - WonderItaly services and other amenities were sub standard

    We had a lovely stay. Very much enjoyed the outside area with dining table where we ate a few meals, lounge and pool. The views of Olive trees and ocean are great. Location, about 10-15min walk into town was great. There is a short section you need to walk on the road with no foot path.

    There are many lounges (hard plastic or metal) around the pool and facing the ocean, however no lounge cushions, making lying on them very uncomfortable quickly. The kitchen is not well equipped with minimal basics, no microwave, not even a egg whisk. Minimal furniture and cheap appliances and kitchen accessories. The worst is the service - we will never again book with Wonderful Italy - the girl who met us did not look like she enjoyed her job, we were treated like an inconvenience. And any minor requests are ignored until you ask 3 times. The drain in the shower wasn't draining and there was only 1 wine glass for a 2 Bedroom house that accommodates 7 for sleeping. No iron, no wi-fi, no garbage bins at all - not even a small one in the kitchen but you are required to separate your waste and dispose of it as directed before leaving. We ended up using plastic buckets. After repeated requests wine glasses were delivered.
