    for the price we paid it was average .

    The food cooked by the team was very good . specially the Sri Lankan food .Priyantha and the cook were very hospitable . the Villa employee's and extremely helpful . The villa was very clean .

    The large room in the main house had a very musty smell until we kept all the doors and windows open . The DIalog signal does not work . As a result we were totally depended on the wifi . Through the weekend there were many times the power went off .On saturday night the power went off all night and when we left the villa after breakfast on Sunday the power had not come back . As a result we did not have a good night's sleep no water pressure to have a proper wash no hot water and no internet . The road in front is very noisy and the rooms hear the sound of very loud vehicles all night . They should grow some trees to give some privacy to the villa as well in front of the wall. They should have generator
