    Estudio bien situado

    Situación. Alojamiento confortable. Tenia todo lo necesario.

    3r piso sin ascensor ( el primer y último día con las maletas es el peor). Y cama,para nosotros, no muy cómoda.

    Apartament jest świetny, przestrzenny i bardzo czysty. Na ulicy niedaleko mieszkania bardzo dużo knajpek, mimo to w mieszkaniu jest bardzo cicho. Wspaniały host, który dbał o każdy szczegół. Byliśmy podczas festiwalu św. Jana, na czacie mieliśmy informacje co się dzieje w mieście i gdzie warto się wybrać. Polecam serdecznie! 😀

    Room not ready at check-in. Unacceptable and a waste of time.

    Location is great.

    The advertised check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we only found out the room was not ready when we arrived at the apartment. There were bed sheets left on the floor and the bathroom was still dirty, making it obvious that cleaning had not been completed. Earlier that day, we had taken an early morning flight and travelled to Porto, so we were looking forward to settling in after a long journey. Instead, we carried our luggage up three levels of stairs only to discover that we could not use the apartment and had to wait around 2 hours before checking in. This significantly disrupted our plans and wasted valuable holiday time. The laundry facilities advertised in the listing were also not working when we arrived. We specifically chose this accommodation because it offered laundry facilities, but ended up spending extra time and money using a laundrette instead. The steamer was also not working, so we were unable to iron our clothes. Not being able to provide a clean and ready room at the advertised check-in time is a basic failure in hospitality. We raised these issues with the host, but no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. If you value your travel time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

    La baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse, très dur à ouvrir et fermer
