  La casa spaziosa e silenziosa vicina a playa grande, la signora molto disponibile

  Purtroppo all'interno molte pecche, piatti molto vecchi e parecchi talmente scheggiati che le crepe avevano fatto dei tagli profondi (in 4 mangiavamo con piatti fondi o piani sia pasta che secondi), è successo anche un evento spiacevole in quanto abbiamo trovato delle mutande sporche all'interno di un armadio in più il centro benessere all'interno del villaggio non c'è.

  Beautiful, lovely

  It had everything one needs to enjoy a holiday, very good value for money, our friends stayed in a one bedroom flat and paid €20 euros more per night than us that had a whole 2 bedroom villa with sea views, It was brilliant,

  All was as described, no surprises, we paid £2700 for 29 nights and we got more than expected. We already spoke to owner about going again.

  Auf den zweiten Blick enttäuschend

  Der erste Eindruck, vorallem der Wohnanlage, war gut, so daß wir ursprünglich gern wiedergekommen wären.

  Anhaltender Gestank nach Rohrleitung und feuchtem Mauerwerk, abbröckelnder Putz, klamme Sofapolster und Textilien (Lüften bringt keine Abhilfe), kaum Isolierung der zur Straße liegenden Gebäudefront, Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsstau

  Good, but wouldn’t take much to improve this villa to excellent!

  Isobel, the owner was helpful & easy to contact. The outside area was good, with both sunshine & shade throughout the day. Water pressure was good, & main bathroom shower was excellent.

  Everything was rather tired, with unnecessary clutter. There was not really enough crockery to utilise the dishwasher properly, & what was there was not in good condition. The oven was hard to turn on as the knob was broken. Hopefully Isabel will do something about these issues as she said she would when we informed her. We found the beds quite hard. New pillows would be nice! The twin bedroom has no socket near the beds (only 1 socket in room) Isobel sent all the property info by messages the day we arrived & when also we couldn’t find things and had to ask. Was a nuisance having to scroll back through messages when we lost the WiFi signal to input the code again. An information folder at the property would be so much easier, both for Isabel & guests. The villa next door is currently having a revamp (Dec 25). Although this didn’t impact too much it is worth noting.
