  The staff and layout are amazing, with fantastic access to many local areas made it an easy trip

  The large open living space was great for a group and the pool was easily accessible. The staff were fantastic and made the stay comfortable while keeping the whole villa in a great, clean condition

  It would be great to have speakers closer to the pool, the main speaker input for the living space had a poor connection so we used a portable speaker

  Worst Villa Experience – Do Not Book! Serious Health and Hygiene Issuesj

  We had a terrible experience at this villa and we would strongly advise others to avoid renting it. The property does not meet even the most basic standards, and here’s why: • Cockroach Infestation: This was our worst nightmare. Cockroaches were everywhere, and we later found out that the property management was aware of this infestation prior to our stay yet decided to rent it to us anyway. This disregard for guest health and safety is shocking. • Cleanliness Issues:The overall dirtiness in the villa is astonishing. From unclean floors to dirty towels, the lack of basic cleanliness is appalling and far below acceptable standards. • No Hot Water in some Rooms: which is unacceptable for a large property with multiple guests.For a villa of this supposed caliber, such issues are inexcusable. • Blocked Drains and Faulty Showers: Blocked sinks and poorly functioning showers meant that some bathrooms were almost unusable.This issue is not only inconvenient but also unsanitary. It’s shocking that the villa management was unable or unwilling to fix such basic issues. • Mold, Mildew, and Stained Walls: Many rooms had visible mold and mildew on the walls. The lack of maintenance here is alarming and creates a very unhealthy environment. The smell was musty, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. • Misleading Room Description: The villa advertises a “five-bedroom” setup, but one room on the first floor is actually a tiny storage-sized space with two single beds, not shown in the pictures on Booking.com. The description falsely claims it has an en-suite bathroom, which it does not. • Unprofessional and Careless Management: To make matters worse, the management company,NAKULA, refused to reimburse us despite these numerous issues and our awful experience.They have retained our money even though we moved elsewhere the next morning.Their staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no understanding of customer service or hospitality.
