  Quick and easy check in and out process..The host was very thoughtful and left us a birthday cake as we were there to celebrate our kid's birthday. The place is awesome for a group stay and has nice ambience. The pool is also nice and the chat place within the pool is what interested me the most..great for an evening chat or game sessions..

  It would be great to have a fence behind the swimming pool as part of enhanced security for kids as the public walkway is close to the property..

  We were a group of 7 friends traveling for our 30 year school reunion and Villa Izia was the biggest disappointment in our trip. we absolutely regretted our decision about booking this Villa. Nothing in the Villa worked, some of the room doors did not lock, the safe deposit in the rooms did not work, the electricity tripped about 2-3 times in our 2 day stay at the Villa and every time the electricity would go off, the water supply would stop as well. The toilet flush in some rooms did not have water and the worst part was that the butler did not understand the meaning of customer service. He was the most disinterested person we have seen in the hospitality industry. Anything one asked him to do, his first response was no, or can you do it yourself please, which is really unlike the hospitality and customer service that one expects from a place like Bali. There was no staff onsite and no security either. The first night we were there, the electricity went off at midnight and we had to call the butler past midnight and then wait for him to call security to ask them to come and check the electricity, all of which took about 30-40mins before the electricity came back on. The same thing happened on the 3rd day of our stay at 8:30am in the morning and again we had to wait about 30mins and make numerous calls before somebody came and fixed the issue. the toilets were smelling and there were no proper hand and face towels in the bathrooms till we requested for them. one had to keep reminding the Villa butler again and again about basic things that one would expect from a Villa of this category. We kept asking the Villa butler that we wanted to get clothes ironed and he kept saying he will send somebody to pick it up, but there was absolutely no follow up or action taken.
