We had such a lovely stay at Villa Jade and genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. The villa was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us too. The owners were absolutely lovely – so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even better. Everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish. We felt very comfortable here and would happily come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

Lovely villa in a lovely area of Kapparis, not too far in taxi to Protarus or ayia Napa. Beautiful private pool with 4 sunbeds and a shaded area to eat outside. 2 good spacious bedrooms in the villa. Right next to a beautiful beach (fireman’s beach). Lovely clean area lots supermarkets restaurants nearby.

We thought the beds were a bit uncomfy and could do with an upgrade of the mattress. We also did not like that the air conditioning turned it self of after a couple of hours (however you can turn this back on straight away). But in the night it would wake you up sweating then needed to turn the aircon back on. I wouldn’t say it was a major issue and we all managed fine but it would be nice if it didn’t turn of by itself.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. A very pleasant owner who was readily available via chat.

We really like Villa Jade and had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The villa is very nice, though a bit cramped in the kitchen for those of us who enjoy cooking together.

One area for improvement is the need for more shade on the terrace—for example, a parasol by the sun loungers. You have to be comfortable with close quarters, as there are neighbors right across the way, so the view could have been better.
