    Relaxed, clean, well maintained, great attendants and all round support. Highly recommended.

    Yuna was a great attendant. She looked after the property and greeted us on arrival. She looked after us for some minor property issues and even offered refund for minor inconveniences. Highly recommended and will visit again.

    Minor property issues but were taken care of promptly.

    Disappointing for 5-star resort

    Place was spacious and clean. Great interior design and overall ambience

    Booked a 3-night stay. Day 1: Great start. Day 2: Had some drinks and returned to the villa late to find a full blackout at midnight. Contacted the property — minimal response. An hour later, two men arrived asking for payment to restore power, claiming the owner hadn’t paid the electricity bill. Very sketchy! I did not pay those men and they left, power came back 2 hours later with a weak apology. Day 3: Woke up sleep deprived due to power outage yesterday and a new problem arose — NO WATER. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Reported it at 8am and help only arrived after 10am. We had to cancel our morning plans and delay our day due to the incomptence of the Villa Management. Our itinerary had to be amended due to this delay. Very disappointing, especially given the premium price paid. Basic essentials like electricity and water should NEVER be an issue. I requested to speak with a manager, but no one ever showed up. To their credit, they did eventually apologize via text and agreed to refund one night of the stay, which is why I’m rating this a 4/10 instead of a 1/10. While I appreciate the gesture and service recovery, I have to be honest about my experience with Villa Jalamati and it was very disappointing. Book at your own risk! I will not be staying here again.
