It is a large house, with ample space

No one was there to assist. The owners are abroad and they don't even speak English. It was really tough to find it. Very little information and guidance given. The house is not beach front, as advertised. It is the 5th or 6th house in a raw inland . It is just a part of a beach front complex. It's immediate vicinity is not the beach, but crop fields. It was really hard to contact the owners and get info. The experience was like a " seek.and find" game. I went there to relax and not to explore the newly developed neighborhoods of Agia Thekla. The place has nothing to do with Agia Napa. You take the highway to get there. I was tired playing seek and find, I abandoned the place and didn't live there.

Schönes kleines Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Sonnenterrasse….

Steht keine Waschmaschine für die Kleider zur Verfügung. Ansonsten Tiptop eingerichtet. Fehlte uns an nichts.

Very nice, but would not stay again

We really enjoyed our 10-night stay at the villa, particularly because of its fantastic location. It’s very close to the centre, with shops, pharmacies, beaches and other amenities all within easy reach. There’s also a great supermarket just around the corner, which was incredibly convenient. The local beaches were lovely and easily accessible. The villa itself had everything we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The owners were also fantastic and very accommodating. They went out of their way to provide a high chair at the last minute for our 7-month-old, which we really appreciated. That said, the villa could benefit from some modernisation and updating. We also felt that, given we stayed for 10 nights, we would have expected a mid-stay clean with fresh bedding and towels. This would have made a longer stay feel more comfortable

We completely understand that the owners have cameras in place for security and appreciate the reason for having them. However, we did feel a little conscious of being watched, particularly after being contacted and asked to rearrange the garden furniture we had not left in the desired place. While we appreciate that this may have been a genuine request, it did make us feel slightly uncomfortable during our stay, and discouraged us from using the back garden as we did not want to be watched

Highly recommended! The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. When we arrived, we were even welcomed with a cake and a bottle of champagne, which was such a lovely touch and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. But without a doubt, the highlight for us was the proximity to the sea. We spent most of our time there, enjoying the peace and quiet, searching for crabs and seashells with the kids, snorkeling, and simply enjoying the sea and how easy it was to get there. We had a wonderful, relaxing family stay and enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely recommend it! ❤️
