    Wonderful hotel to relax and doing the Gunung Batur hike.

    Lovely and caring staff, nice pool and a large hot water spring pool. Great views on the lake. Thank you so much Ketut for our hike on the Gunung Batur, you are a marvellous guide. And our trip to our next destination was also perfect arranged by you.

    The driveway into the property was hard on the vehicle as it was in poor condition. The food was average. The staff were hard to find and non responsive at time. The location was lovely. The hot thermal pool was a treat, but needed to be filled earlier in the morning so you could use it more often.
