  Não tivemos recepção pelos responsáveis

  Gostamos da acomodação, quartos confortáveis, limpeza ok

  Acho que o ponto mais negativo foi que não tivemos nenhuma recepção por alguém responsável pela acomodação, a sorte foi que a dona da pousada do lado viu que a gente tinha chegado e nos recepcionou. Ela lembrou da senha da porta da nossa casa e deu certo. Durante toda nossa estadia ninguém entrou conosco.

  Really disappointing.

  Not much. The location was great, and the little plunge pool was as pictured in the photos.

  Unfortunately we did not seem to have anywhere near as good an experience as the other reviewers have had. We were very excited to stay here but the stay fell short in so many ways. The host is really difficult to get ahold of. I had to contact several different times in several different ways to get a response in advance of arriving - they had not contacted us to provide any information for check in. We also had issues with the hot water on the first day, and raised this as an issue with the host. They only responded the following day, and it was fixed, but it was overnight without contact and without hot water. The property itself was really filthy. There seems to be mould growing up the walls. The shower was covered in hair and grime. It’s also really run down and furnishings are tired and falling apart. The pool area is cute but it is not private at all. In fact, there is another room that is bookable that is just behind this little house who can also access this outdoor area. The fencing is sparse and neighbours can all look in. It’s also very easy to walk onto the property grounds from off the street, and even though there is an electronic lock on the door, it didn’t feel entirely secure. We actually booked other accommodation after the first night, and noted that the host did not contact us once to check in on why we had left.

  Faltou água. A piscina não estava disponível para uso, não fomos avisados, questionei sobre a disponibilidade e não obtive retorno.
