    Lokalita a okolí super

    Vrzající schody do podkroví. V koupelně chybí skříňka, nebo police na odkládání věci.

    Čistota, prostředí, vybavení, možnosti využití dalších prostor.

    V horkém létě je poznat podkroví, v jednom okně není síť proti hmyzu, tedy větrání je omezené, řešením by asi byla klimatizační jednotka. To by bylo skvělé.
