  Traumhafte Villa mit Pool – uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben die Villa Joia exakt so angetroffen, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist absolut sauber, die Zimmer sind hervorragend klimatisiert und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch ist auch das separate WC. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und der Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern klappte nach Absprache reibungslos. Ein riesiges Lob geht an den Haustechniker und Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Er ist extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und reagiert sofort auf jede Frage oder jeden Wunsch. Lage und Strand: Der nahegelegene Strand ist ruhig und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Selbst am späteren Nachmittag haben wir dort immer freie Liegen gefunden. Da der Einstieg ins Meer wegen einiger Steinplatten nur an bestimmten Stellen möglich ist, sind wir für reine Badetage auf andere Sandstrände in der Umgebung ausgewichen. Infrastruktur: Ein Supermarkt und Restaurant liegen in Gehweite. Um die weitere Umgebung (wie den Nissi Beach oder Agia Napa) zu erkunden, kann man zwar den Bus nutzen, ein eigener PKW ist hier aber definitiv die komfortablere Wahl. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

  Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The people were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

  The pool are is nice

  Where do I start * the host is rude, unhelpful and only financially motivated- the villa is up for sale he doesnt care about customer service The villa is FULL of cockroaches we filmed them all over kitchen and running though lounge , in cupboards. I ran out the villa and wouldn't come back Before we even arrived he wouldnt give me the correct address - he sent me a screenshot of a utility bill written in Greek and told me Google translate it ( unsure how with not understanding the greek alphabet) he is based in Israel not cyprus. When we arrived the Google pin he sent was 3 houses down and other side of road but it was pitch black and the address he sent me was in 2 parts and even after begging him to send the proper address now I see it had been sent as 2 parts - after half hour wandering round in dark a neighbour helped us find it. Host refused to listen to us about anything. When I left after cockroaches I got charged £410 for one night ! In a villa full of vermin. Im still fighting to get that back he completely ruined our holiday as we had to go to a hotel and I spent days worrying about the £1.8k hotel cost / deposit being refunded and had to pay out first for new accommodation. Not once did the host say sorry or care at all. The villa is old , needs refurbishment and a pest control extermination avoid this host at all costs Also there was bird poo everywhere outside over table , balcony was really bad all over sun loungers
