    Licht (Villa) und Schatten (Management)

    Die Villa ist wirklich toll (9 von 10 Punkten). Das französisch sprechende Staff vor Ort ist wirklich nett.

    Das französische Management (und wahrscheinlich auch die Besitzer) ist „stets“ bemüht, aber leider auch total überfordert. Es gab nur Probleme angefangen nach der Buchung (trotz fixer Buchung war die Villa bei booking weiterhin verfügbar), in der Kommunikation (häufig nicht über die booking Website möglich), das vergessen am Airport und keine Erreichbarkeit zu dem Zeitpunkt per WhatsApp , weitere diverse Missverständnisse welches zu erheblichen Stress führte und und und . Weiterhin werden Zusatzleistungen teilweise zu erheblichen Preisen abgerechnet (Überweisung im Vorfeld nach Frankreich erforderlich). Wichtig: Ein Mietwagen ist bei der Lage Pflicht und der Privatstrand ist ein wenig tricky per Fuß zu erreichen . Ergo: Nur als Selbstversorger mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen !

    Un lieu magnifique, idéal pour un séjour paisibles à Nosy Be

    Vue magnifique, maison de standing encore plus belle que sur les photos. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la cuisinière a régalé nos soirées avec des plats excellents. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

    Wonderful, relaxing and removed from the crowds.

    Everything was wonderful. From the ambiance and decor to the views and the staff. Highly recommended, just don't go when we want to go again ;)
