    Great villa for our large group with traditional Bali vibes. Great location!

    This property was perfect for our large group, everyone had their own space within the property, large entertaining area and well equipped kitchen. The pool was amazing and very big with lots of sunbeds. Large grassy area. Very good location, close the Main Street in Seminyak. Definitely had a traditional Bali feel with beautiful gardens . The host was easy to contact and catered to our needs perfectly.

    The price of this villa is so overpriced with all the things I have just mentioned. WILL NOT be recommending it to anyon

    The location was great. Such a big property for Seminyak. The beds and bedding were great and the staff were lovely.

    The property is in urgent need of a comprehensive refurbishment, which is disappointing given its potential. All of the villas would benefit from significant maintenance and updating. In my room, the air conditioning unit blew directly onto a mosquito net that was extremely dusty and visibly dirty, raising concerns about cleanliness and air quality. Overall, the standard of cleanliness throughout the villa was below expectations. The bathrooms were not well maintained, with issues including mould, unpleasant odours, leaking taps, and shower water spreading across the floors. The kitchen equipment was old, heavily worn, and in need of replacement. Additionally, the refrigerator seals were ineffective, making it difficult to keep food and beverages properly chilled. The ceiling fans required thorough cleaning, as did many other areas of the property. Around the pool, the decking presented a safety risk due to numerous protruding nails. The pool towels were also well past their best, being noticeably thin and containing holes. While the property has potential, substantial improvements to maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities are needed to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

    Fantastic space for large group gatherings - rooms could do with an upgrade

    A fabulous large compound with an amazing pool and communal living and social areas. The location was good, a 5 minute walk to the Main Street.

    There are 10 rooms, each quite different. Some are very small. The rooms are very basic with little space to put clothes, doors that don’t close properly, and no lux inclusions that I would expect at this price point.

    Fantastic venue for a large gathering.

    This was great for our group of 20 people. It was very easy with 10 individual rooms available for our group. The team were excellent and arranged anything we wanted. They were always around but never obvious. The pool is great. The common area was fantastic with a TV room for the kids. It was large enough for us to sit 20 people for a meal. The team organized a Balinese feast for us. It was quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the main street in Seminyak.

    It is a little tired but look past that and you will have a fantastic stay.
