    The whole villa is spacious, nice vibes to chill. Private and do not have any disturbance from outside.

    The service that was given on the last night of my stay. When I came back from outside, it was close to 8pm. Found out that my room AC was leaking. It took 1 hour for the villa to response, and eventually the technician came at 11pm! Was checking for around 1 hour, then told me that its late and can't continue work. And mentioned not to switch ON the AC. This resulted in 1 room is down without any ventilation. It affected the whole experience and what they could do/say is just apologising. Nothing was done, no compensation or refunds, the responses were very slow.
