  We stayed here as a group of 4 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Before using the jacuzzi, the owner gave us a long list of rules, which we followed carefully. After we checked out, we were shocked to be accused of causing €1,000 worth of damage to the jacuzzi. We completely dispute this claim. We left the jacuzzi in good condition, and no damage was caused during our stay. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise future guests to thoroughly photograph and video the entire property, especially the jacuzzi, on arrival and departure. The listing also states that there is parking available via the driveway. However, when we arrived, the owner refused to let us use it and instead told us to park on the street. The apartment itself is smaller than it appears in the photos, particularly the kitchen area. The "garden" is also part of the owner's property, so there is very little privacy if you're hoping for your own outdoor space. Another thing that made us uncomfortable was being asked to leave a review almost immediately after arriving, before we'd even finished unloading the car. In hindsight, this felt like an attempt to secure positive reviews before guests have experienced the property or any potential issues. Overall, our stay ended with what we believe to be an unjustified damage claim, which completely overshadowed the holiday. We would not stay here again and would encourage anyone considering this property to document everything carefully throughout their stay.

  Nice property and hosts

  Location ideal for beaches and south of Rome. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They are locals which never hurts. Garden and swimming pool were the best part of the property.
