    De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig aangelegd en voorzien van ligstoelen en bankjes waarbij altijd een hoekje met achaduw te vinden is. De tuin ruikt naar lavendel en rozemarijn. De ligging op de berg in het schattige dorpje Brusje biedt mooi uitzicht op de omgeving en de zee. Zeer mooie zonsondergangen. Rustige omgeving.

    De slaapkamers en badkamer op de bovenverdieping zijn onder een schuin dak gemaakt. Mijn tieners van 180+ cm pasten niet onder de douche. In de slaapkamer konden ze niet rechtop staan. Behalve een leuk restaurant zijn er geen voorzieningen in Brusje. Voor alle boodschappen moet je de berg afrijden. Zonder eigen vervoer is verblijf hier niet aan te raden.

    Lovely villa with great outdoor space and plenty of character.

    Loved our stay at Villa Kate The hosts were great with welcome drink and all questions responded to. The property had charm, was very nicely presented with absolutely amazing outdoor space. Very peaceful/ tranquil. Everything you need, clean and well looked after. Great sunsets

    Not really things we disliked but more to be aware of. The villa is in a small village with no facilities other than one local (not great in our opinion) restaurant, it’s about 15 minute drive from town & supermarkets So I would say you need a car. Taxi is about 30 euros to Hvar Though 3 bedrooms one is the open top floor without a door. The top floor has limited ceiling height as its in the eaves. The floor is reached by a steep open wood staircase. All part of charm and not an issues for us and our teenage kids but maybe things to consider.
