Villa Kenza is exclusively available for rental to responsible adults. Groups of men wishing to rent the villa for any illegal activities (drugs, prostitution, etc.) will be immediately expelled from the villa in the presence of the gendarmerie, and a formal complaint will be filed. Naturally, no refund will be issued. Married Moroccan couples are required to present a valid marriage certificate. Additional Information: From May 1st to October 31st, the additional charge for the heated swimming pool will be 50 euros per day payable upon arrival. Outside of this period, you can request a heated pool; you will just need to let us know in advance, and the cost of this option will be €50 per day. A fee of €50 per person, per night applies for any additional guest wishing to stay at the villa. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

    We had a truly wonderful stay, and it's easy to give this one a full 10/10. The villa itself is beautiful. The design and aesthetics are genuinely special, everything feels considered rather than thrown together. The rooms are generously sized, the bathrooms too, and the lighting throughout is gorgeous. It's the kind of place that feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. The property was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Rizlan looked after everything so well, and she deserves a special mention, always helpful, always cheerful, and genuinely willing to go out of her way for us. She made a real difference to our stay. Farid is an exceptional host. He replied to every message quickly, kept us updated throughout, and was thoughtful and generous with us right up to the end of our stay. That kind of care is rare and it doesn't go unnoticed. If you're deciding where to stay, don't hesitate. Beautiful property, brilliant hosting, and lovely people looking after you. We'd come back in a heartbeat.
