Close to shops, restaurants and marina. Place was clean
No air con upstairs. Freezing pool and only a ladder in (not ideal for small children) One of the 'bedrooms' is more like a sun room with windows on all sides and a sliding glass door to the stairs

Superb
Quiet location. Close to bus stop and supermarket.
As we were staying 11 nights extra rubbish bags, toilet rolls and some cleaning products would have been expected.

Good 3 bed villa nr Marina Rubicon
The location is great. It's quiet but only about 8 mins walk from Marina Rubicon. There's plenty of storage space in the property and there was a decent supply of food (bread, butter, cheese, ham, coffee, etc) to get you started. The rooms are a decent size. The villa was clean. We didn't use the pool and didn't check whether it was warm or not. When we did have an issue, we received responses very quickly and those issues were resolved for us.
There's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (only downstairs in the living area). In January, it wasn't a problem but it could be an issue during warmer months. There's a limited number of plug sockets in the bedrooms and we couldn't find any in the bedroom with the sofa bed.
