The staff was very helpful and tried to made our stay comfortable.

It was big and comfortable. Very nice backyard. The swimming pool was great.

It was dirty, the one a/c was dripping water, the one toilet wasn’t flushing, the toaster was broken.

    Size was ample

Patio window smashed so we couldn't use one of the bedrooms. Kitchen window smashed. Cooker switch loose . Lights not working. No hot water first day we got there found out during daylight there was a massive leak outside and that was where the hot water was going. Shower unit leaked water came out into the hall. Torn table cloth. Dirty plates all needed washing before using. Torn blinds. Slashed mattresses . We contacted booking.com within 12 hours they told us they had to wait for the villa company to respond which they never did so they said they couldn't do nothing. No smoke alarm upstairs which is illegal in Cyprus. Lamp was broken exposing wires. Doors dont shut uostairs. Damp and mould in bedrooms and through out the building. Broken shower head smashed shelf in bathroom. Filthy high chair. SHOULDNT BE LET FOR WHATS WRONG WITH IT!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!
