    We made it an enjoyable stay and the host was very respondent

    The second swimming pool

    The toilet seats didn’t fit properly No cupboard in upstairs bathroom No bin bags for bathroom bins No bins in bedrooms Would of expected a couple of dishwasher tablets No cleaning products Light bulbs needed replacing Iron leaking water and trips electric No instruction manual i.e for hot water TV etc

    We had a brilliant family holiday at villa Kokkinoyia. I would definitely recommend this villa.

    Amazing!! Very spacious and immaculately clean villa. Had everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday. Good, quiet location. Superb, friendly host who met us on arrival and was on hand if we needed anything. The pool was brilliant as was the outdoor area, very spacious. We have been coming to Cyprus at least yearly for 16 years and this is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in for the price, location, host and amenities. Shops and bars within 10/15 minutes walking distance. A car is recommended to see the wonderful towns and villages of Cyprus.

    A perfect stay in a great location!

    An absolutely lovely villa. Just what we needed for our family. Amazing value for money. It had everything we needed. We couldn’t fault it. I would highly recommend.
