  Excellent

  The value for money and the room’s facilities are excellent! It’s not an ultra-modern hotel, but it’s very comfortable, offers a great price, and communication with the staff is very quick. The room is equipped with everything you need. Even in more expensive hotels, you don’t always get amenities such as a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, or a coffee machine included in the room price. Outside, you can comfortably sit in the courtyard and have a cigarette, for example. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is friendly and welcoming. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Everything is clearly explained on Booking.com, and there are photos of each room you can book, so you know exactly what to expect. This is the cheapest hotel in Chemnitz!! For the price you pay, you get everything you need: Wi-Fi, a TV, laundry facilities, ironing facilities, access to the courtyard, and cleanliness. If someone expects a five-star hotel with modern furniture and luxurious interiors, they should simply be prepared to pay more. In my opinion, 10/10 for the price! I will definitely be coming back! 😊

  Just one small downside, although this is purely my personal feeling and it might not bother someone else. In the attic room, there was a small door that seemed to lead to the attic. I opened it because I thought it was a cupboard! Personally, I found it a little unsettling. It would be nice if it could be locked with a padlock, as it gives the impression that someone could potentially enter the room from another part of the building. :)

  Ideal für eine Geschäftsreise! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

  Sehr gemütlich, liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Das Haus und das Treppenhaus sind sehr sauber. Besonders charmant ist die Atmosphäre im Dachgeschoss mit den alten Holzbalken. In der Dusche gab es sogar Shampoo, obwohl ich es nicht gebraucht habe, und in der Küche stand sogar etwas richtiger Kaffee bereit – eine kleine, aber nette Aufmerksamkeit.

  Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Die vielen Vorteile machen die etwas weitere Entfernung mehr als wett, und so hatte ich wenigstens einen schönen Spaziergang. Ich habe zwar nicht herausgefunden, wie der Fernseher funktioniert, aber mit Internet braucht man ihn eigentlich auch nicht unbedingt.

  Pohodlný apartmán s výhradami:-)

  prostorný apartmán (oddělená kuchyně a ložnice) - přízemí - možnost parkování v okolí - příznivá cena - klidná lokalita

  v domě je všechno slyšet, v našem případě v bytech vedle (rovněž byty ke krátkodobému ubytování) byli v noci dost hlasití hosti... - jedná se o dům s mnoha dalšími byty určenými ke krátkodobému ubytování - měkké matrace! - tragické internetové připojení - router neustále vypadával
