A wonderful family stay in beautiful Nebida.
Beautiful villa in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay as a family. The villa was comfortable, well equipped and the surroundings were beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent and any small issue was handled quickly and professionally. We also really appreciated the flexibility with our check-out time. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back to Sardinia one day.

Wunderschön gelegen, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in überwachtem Ambiente
Fantastischer Ausblick mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen. Grosszügig und praktisch ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Grill, Sonnenliegen ec. Im Hauptzimmer geräumiger Kasten, bequemes Doppelbett. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Übergabe/ Betreuung durch Jessica.
Das zweite Zimmer ist klein vermutlich auf Kleinkinder ausgerichtet, die nur wenig Platz /Stauraum brauchen. Für Erwachsene weniger geeignet. In der Küche fehlt ein Rüstmesser (vorhandene Messer von schlechter Qualität). Auf den Fotos der Villa kommt der Pool zudem überproportional häufig vor, was uns annehmen liess, dass man als Mieter uneingeschränkten Zugang dazu hat. Leider waren die Öffnungszeiten so gelegt, dass er vor dem Frühstück und nach der Rückkehr abends meist geschlossen und strikte reglementiert war (gesetzlich und durch die Siedlung, was man als Aussenstehender aber nicht wissen kann). Es wäre fairer, wenn die eingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit aus dem Inserat ersichtlich wäre und durch die Fotos nicht falsche Erwartungen geweckt würden.
